This app is used by home builders to configure all the appliances installed in a new home owners house. It includes links to pdf manuals, warranty information, maintenance history and reminders as well as contact information for service providers and your home builders information. This app can handle more appliances for more than 1 property. This app is an invitations only application and you will receive an invitation from your homebuilder, with login information for the app with your email and password this application is meant for home owners to view warranty information, and other scheduled maintenance info on their phones. at this moment all configurations will be managed by the home builders. some of the features are as follows: - access all documents provided by the home builder in 1 place - view a calendar of non-recurring events from 1 view on the dashboard - get a glimpse of all the maintenance schedules from dashboard, access maintenance logs, contact the appropriate contractor right from your phone or tablet - view information on your home builder such as contact information - get manufacturer and model number for each appliance, and download their manuals - watch YouTube video links on appliances with a video tutorial - change password - submit issues or feature requests - sync your maintenance data on more than 1 device
